We’re a family from Singapore who started Tekka Tiger to bring the bold, vibrant flavors of Southeast Asian street food to our new home in Bend, Oregon. Inspired by the hawker stalls we grew up with, this food cart is more than just a business—it’s a heartfelt expression of our heritage.

Growing up, the hawker stalls of Singapore were more than just places to eat—they were woven into the rhythm of daily life. This food cart is our way of sharing that experience. Every dish we serve is a piece of our culture, our roots, and our family.

Our journey began with a deep love for the diverse produce, aromatic herbs, and bold spices found in Singapore’s wet markets. When we moved to Bend, we carried those flavors—and the memories attached to them—with us. Tekka Tiger is our tribute to the bustling energy, rich diversity, and unforgettable tastes of the Tekka Centre.
